New: a sample workflow audit report
Scenox Studios

Editorial policy

This policy covers the guides, glossary entries, use cases and service pages on this site. Regulatory facts come from official sources, product facts from vendor documentation, and every illustrative number is labeled. Drafting is AI-assisted. A person edits, fact-checks and approves every page before it is published.

Last updated

The policy in six lines

  • Laws and mandates are cited to the regulator or government source, with the date we checked
  • Vendor features and prices come from the vendor's own documentation or pricing page
  • Worked examples and sample data are labeled illustrative or fictional
  • No invented statistics, clients, quotes or results
  • AI helps draft; people edit, check and approve
  • No paid placements, sponsored posts or affiliate links

Research and sources

Anything about the law comes from the body that makes or enforces it: the ICO and GOV.UK for the UK, EUR-Lex and the European Commission for the EU AI Act, the UAE Ministry of Finance and the UAE Government portal, ZATCA and SDAIA for Saudi Arabia, and the GST Council, GSTN and MeitY for India. Pages that rely on these sources link them, and the trust center and our regional guides show the date we last checked them.

Product facts, such as what an ERP's API can do or what a tool costs, come from the vendor's own documentation and pricing pages. Each integration page links the vendor docs it relies on. Prices change often, so pages that quote third-party prices say when we checked them.

Numbers, examples and claims

  • Worked examples state their assumptions and are labeled illustrative. Change the assumptions and the result changes, so we show the arithmetic.
  • The sample audit report describes a fictional company. Its figures are sample data, and the page says so.
  • We don't publish statistics we couldn't trace to a source we read ourselves. When no benchmark is worth repeating, we say that instead.
  • We don't invent clients, quotes, case results, certifications or partner badges. Vendor names appear only to describe systems we integrate with, and no partnership is implied.

How we use AI in writing

We use AI models to help with research summaries, outlines and first drafts. We build AI systems for a living, and it would be odd to pretend otherwise.

A draft is where the work starts. A person on our team edits every piece for accuracy and plain language, checks each fact, figure and link against its source, removes any claim we can't support, and approves the page before it goes live. Nothing on this site is published by an AI tool without that review.

Reviews and updates

Every article shows the date it was published and, once it has been revised, an “Updated” date. Structured data carries the same dates.

  • Pages on regulation and third-party pricing are re-checked against their sources at least twice a year, and sooner when a rule or price changes.
  • Other guides are reviewed at least once a year.
  • A page is updated whenever a reader reports an error we can confirm.

Corrections

If you find an error, email hello@scenoxstudios.com with the page address, what is wrong and, if you have one, the source that shows it. We check the claim against the source. If it is wrong, we fix the page and change its Updated date.

Independence and vendor mentions

No one pays to appear on this site. We don't accept paid placements or sponsored posts, and we don't use affiliate links. Vendors are named because buyers use their products and ask how they compare, and a mention is not an endorsement.

We sell AI automation services, so some guides discuss options we offer. Where Scenox is one of the choices, the page says so.

What our content is not

Our guides are general information. They are not legal, tax or financial advice. For a decision about a specific mandate or contract, check with your adviser, and read the official source we link.
