Onboarding, employee requests and policy questions handled across your HR and IT tools.
HR automation handles the repeat steps of people operations across your HR, IT and messaging tools. When someone joins, accounts, equipment requests and checklists are created. When they leave, access is removed on time. Employees get policy answers with the handbook source linked. HR signs off anything that changes a person’s record, contract or pay.

The problem
HR teams coordinate the same steps for every new hire and leaver across several systems, and answer the same policy questions by email every week.
Our approach
We automate the HR workflows that repeat: creating accounts and tasks when someone joins, collecting and checking documents, chasing sign-offs, removing access when someone leaves, and answering policy questions from your handbook with links to the source.
Each step is either fixed logic, a model doing the reading or drafting, or a person on your team. You decide which steps wait for approval.

HR process automation turns a repeatable people process into a tracked workflow: a request comes in, the right systems are updated, owners are asked to approve and the record is closed. Typical candidates are onboarding, leave requests, contract changes, probation reviews and exits. Rules do most of it, an AI step reads documents and answers policy questions, and HR approves anything that changes a person’s record, contract or pay.
Yes, for questions your handbook answers: leave entitlement, expense rules, how to request a letter. An AI HR assistant replies from your approved policies and links the source. It shouldn’t answer from memory on anything legal, and sensitive topics route to HR. It also doesn’t see other people’s records unless you give it a reason and the permission.
Everything triggered by a signed offer: the employee record, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account, Slack and app licenses, the laptop request, first-week meetings and the document checklist. HR sees one checklist per hire and signs off the contract and right-to-work checks.
When a leaving date is recorded in your HR system, the system schedules account suspension, license removal, file transfer and equipment return for that date. Each step is confirmed in a log, and anything it cannot remove, such as an app with no API, becomes a task for IT with a deadline.
We automate the admin around it: requisition approvals, interview scheduling, offer letters from your templates and candidate updates. Screening support and hiring decisions are covered in our employee lifecycle blueprint, and recruiters and hiring managers decide who advances.
BambooHR, Workday, Personio, HiBob, Rippling and others with an API, plus Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Slack for accounts and messages.
Topics such as complaints, health, leave disputes and legal matters go straight to HR. For everything else, the policy assistant answers only from your approved documents and links the source.
