AI automation calculators and tools

These free AI automation tools help you decide whether a workflow is worth automating before you talk to anyone. Two calculators put numbers on the business case: return on investment and cost per invoice. A 12-question readiness assessment tells you what to fix first. Nothing is gated, and every formula is shown on the page.

How to use them together

The order we would follow before any build, and the same order an engagement follows. See how we work for what happens after step four.

  1. 1

    Check readiness

Score the workflow you would automate first. A low score on process or data tells you to fix those before you spend anything on a build.

  2. 2

    Build the baseline

Put a number on today's cost. For accounts payable, the cost per invoice calculator splits it into AP time, exceptions, approvals and fees.

  3. 3

    Run the business case

Enter volume, handling time and the quote you have into the ROI calculator. The payback month is usually the first number finance asks for.

  4. 4

    Replace guesses with measurements

A workflow audit times a real sample and tests a prototype on your past cases, so the two biggest assumptions become measured figures.

Questions about the tools

Are these tools free?

Yes. There is no sign-up and no email gate, and the calculators run in your browser. Nothing you enter is sent to us.

Which tool should I start with?

If you are not sure a workflow is a good candidate, start with the readiness assessment. If you already know which workflow and need a business case, use the ROI calculator. For accounts payable, the cost per invoice calculator gives you the baseline the ROI case needs.

Why don't the calculators include your prices?

We scope and quote each build after looking at the workflow, so any number we put here would be a guess. The calculators ask you to enter the quote you have, from us or anyone else, and show the arithmetic so you can check it.

How accurate are the results?

They are estimates from your inputs. The handling time and the share of work that can run straight through matter most, and both are best measured on real past cases. A workflow audit replaces the assumptions with measured numbers.

Want the measured version of these numbers?

A 30-minute call with an engineer. You will leave knowing what a system could do for that workflow and what it would take to build.

What happens next

  1. 1

    Strategy call

We learn how the workflow runs today and what a good outcome would be.

  2. 2

    Workflow audit

We map the process and measure where a system would save the most time.

  3. 3

    Proposal

A written scope, timeline and fixed price for your first system. No obligation to build.
