AI sales agents for follow-up, meeting prep and CRM upkeep

The admin between sales conversations, done for your reps.

What does an AI sales agent do?

An AI sales agent handles the admin around selling. It reads call notes, email threads and CRM history, drafts the next follow-up, prepares a brief before each meeting, updates deal stages and notes, and flags deals that are going quiet. Reps approve anything that goes to a customer, and the CRM stays current without a Friday clean-up.

Subject Pilot scope and pricing after Tuesday

Hi Jonas,

Thanks for walking us through the dispatch backlog on Tuesday. As promised, here's a pilot covering the two Gothenburg depots for six weeks, with exceptions routed to your shift leads.

The pilot is a fixed $6,500, credited against the annual plan. Would Thursday at 10:00 work to review it with Sara from finance?

The problem

Follow-ups slip, the CRM lags a week behind, and reps walk into calls unprepared.

Our approach

We build sales systems where agents draft follow-ups from the actual conversation, prepare account briefs before meetings, update the CRM after every touchpoint and flag deals that are going quiet. Reps approve anything that goes to a customer.

  • Follow-ups drafted the same day
  • A CRM you can forecast from
  • Reps prepared for every call

How one run works

Each step is either fixed logic, a model doing the reading or drafting, or a person on your team. You decide which steps wait for approval.

  • Listen · signal agent

Reads calls, email and CRM activity

  • Draft · writer agent

Writes the next touch from context

  • Approve · your team

Rep approves or edits in one click

  • Log · crm agent

Updates stage, notes and next step

Questions about AI sales agents

Part of these end-to-end blueprints

How is AI sales automation different from sales automation software?

Sales automation software, including the workflows inside your CRM, runs rules you configure: when a deal reaches a stage, create a task or send a template. AI sales automation adds steps that read and write, such as summarizing a call, drafting a reply from the thread or noticing that a champion has gone quiet. Automation in sales works best when each tool has one job: the CRM’s own automation for fixed rules, and an agent where the work needs reading. Our guides compare what your CRM does natively with what agents add.

Is this the same as an AI SDR?

Partly. An AI SDR usually means an agent that prospects and books meetings on its own. We build the same research, drafting and booking steps, but keep a rep approving outbound messages until edit rates show the drafts are reliable. We think fully autonomous outbound burns domains and lists faster than it fills pipeline.

Does it work with HubSpot and Salesforce?

Yes. HubSpot automation and Salesforce automation are the most common setups, through their APIs, along with Pipedrive, Attio and other CRMs with an API. Updates are written with their source, and changes to key deal fields can require a rep to confirm.

Will messages go out without approval?

Only if you choose that. Most teams start with approval on every outbound message and relax it per workflow once they trust the output.

How is this different from a sequencing tool?

A sequencer sends templates on a timer. Our agents read the account, the thread and the CRM, decide what should happen next, write it, and keep the record current.
