Calls answered at any hour, including overflow, with every outcome written back to your systems.
An AI voice agent is software that holds a phone conversation. It listens, works out what the caller needs, takes action in your systems and replies in a natural synthetic voice. Ours answer inbound calls, place outbound follow-ups and reminders, book appointments during the call and write a summary to your CRM. Callers can ask for a person anytime.

The problem
Missed calls cost revenue, staffing phones around the clock is expensive, and callers left on hold hang up.
Our approach
We build voice agents with natural, low-latency speech that answer inbound calls, place outbound follow-ups, qualify and book during the conversation, and write the outcome to your CRM. Callers can ask for a person at any point.
Each step is either fixed logic, a model doing the reading or drafting, or a person on your team. You decide which steps wait for approval.

Judge for yourself: two sample calls are on this page. We use current neural voices with natural turn-taking, and replies usually start within a second of the caller finishing.
Not quite. An AI receptionist is one kind of AI voice assistant: it answers your main line, books, answers questions and routes calls. A voice agent can also run outbound calls such as lead call-backs, reminders and check calls, and work inside a longer process like maintenance dispatch. Our AI receptionist page covers the front-desk setup.
For routine calls, partly. A voice agent can take order status, appointment changes, balance questions and after-hours overflow, and it answers many calls at once. Complaints, cancellations with a retention offer, and anyone who asks for a person still go to your agents. We usually aim it at shortening the queue and covering nights. Our guides on AI in the call center and on IVR versus voice agents go through the details.
A voice AI agency designs the call flows, connects the agent to your phone system, calendar and CRM, tests it on real calls and monitors it after launch. We do that work for you, so you are not left configuring a platform yourself. You review transcripts, and we adjust the scripts and rules from what they show.
Yes. It calls back new leads or answers inbound inquiries, asks your qualifying questions, checks real availability and books the meeting into the right calendar during the call. The rep gets the booking with a summary of what the caller said.
Our outbound calls go to contacts who have agreed to be called: people who requested a demo, existing customers and booked appointments. We don’t recommend cold calling bought lists with AI voices. Consent rules such as the TCPA in the US make it a legal risk, and it tends to get your number flagged as spam.
There is a one-off build cost for call flows, integrations and testing, and a running cost driven mostly by call minutes and telephony. An agent that only answers and routes costs less than one that books, updates records and places outbound calls. The workflow audit ends with a fixed build price and a per-minute running estimate.
Yes. During staffed hours the call transfers to your team with a summary of the conversation so far. After hours, urgent calls go to your on-call number and everything else is logged with a callback task.
Yes. Our agents introduce themselves as a virtual assistant and announce call recording, and we configure disclosure and consent for outbound calls to match the rules in your markets, such as the TCPA in the US.
