One workflow at a time, from plan to production
A fixed-price audit, a pilot on your own cases, a staged rollout, then we run and improve the system. Most first workflows are live within six to ten weeks.

Discover
We map how the workflow runs today: every step, tool, hand-off and exception.
Output: Workflow map and success metrics
- 2Weeks 2–3
Design
We design the system: agents, data access, approval points and how success is measured.

Build and pilot
We build it, score it on your past cases, then run it in shadow mode on live work next to your team.
Output: Pilot results against the agreed metrics

Launch and operate
A staged rollout to production, then we monitor quality, handle incidents and improve the system as your business changes.
Output: A live system and monthly reports
Workflow audit
1–2 weeksOne to two weeks to map one workflow, measure the opportunity and produce a build plan with a fixed price.
Fixed fee
Pilot build
6–10 weeksOne workflow built, piloted on your real cases and rolled out in stages, measured against success metrics agreed up front.
Fixed scope
Managed operations
OngoingWe monitor, maintain and extend your systems after launch, with a monthly report against the agreed metrics.
Monthly
What you receive
Every engagement ends with a system your team can supervise, not a demo.
A system in production
Running in your environment on live work, rolled out in stages.
Operator console
Every task, approval and escalation in one place.
Audit trail
Each action logged with its inputs, outputs, tool calls, model version and approver.
Documentation and runbooks
How it works, how to change it, and what to do when something breaks.
Team training
Your people know how to supervise, approve and improve the system.
Performance reporting
Agreed metrics tracked and reported every month.
How this compares

Timelines, pricing and what we need from you
How long does it take to deploy a system?
A pilot running on your own cases usually takes three to five weeks. Shadow running and a staged rollout take another two to five, depending on integrations and your security review. Most first workflows are in production within six to ten weeks.
What is shadow running?
The system processes live work alongside your team without acting on it. We compare its output with what your team did, and it only starts acting on its own once it meets the thresholds agreed in the build plan.
Do we need an in-house AI team?
No. We build and run the system. Your team brings knowledge of the workflow and approves the actions you choose to keep with a person.
What do you need from us to start?
An owner for the workflow, a few hours with the people who run it today, access to the tools involved (usually a sandbox first), and a sample of past cases to test against.
How are engagements priced?
The workflow audit is a fixed fee. The build is a fixed price for an agreed scope, quoted at the end of the audit. Managed operations is a monthly fee that covers hosting, monitoring, model costs and improvements.
Who owns the system?
Ownership, hosting and IP terms are agreed per engagement. We can run the system for you or deploy it into your own cloud.
Start with one workflow and a fixed-price plan.
A 30-minute call with an engineer. You will leave knowing what a system could do for that workflow and what it would take to build.
What happens next
- 1
Strategy call
We learn how the workflow runs today and what a good outcome would be.
- 2
Workflow audit
We map the process and measure where a system would save the most time.
- 3
Proposal
A written scope, timeline and fixed price for your first system. No obligation to build.
