1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the systems, software, and services provided by Scenox Studios ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Description of Services

Scenox Studios provides autonomous AI systems, infrastructure, and related software designed to execute business workflows. Our services include, but are not limited to, custom AI agents, multi-agent orchestration, and model fine-tuning. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time.

3. User Obligations & Acceptable Use

You agree to use our systems only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

  • Use the services to process highly sensitive data (e.g., classified government data) without prior written agreement.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code or underlying models of our systems.
  • Use the systems to generate malicious, illegal, or harmful content.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the services.

4. Intellectual Property

Our IP: Scenox Studios retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the services, including all underlying software, algorithms, models, and documentation.

Your IP: You retain all rights to the data, content, and proprietary workflows you input into our systems. We claim no ownership over your business data.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scenox Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our autonomous systems. Our systems execute based on probabilistic models, and while we strive for high accuracy, we do not guarantee error-free execution.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Scenox Studios is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
