ERP and CRM integrations for AI agents

We build AI agents that work inside the finance, spend and sales systems you already run, from NetSuite, QuickBooks and Xero to SAP, Oracle, Workday, Coupa, HubSpot and Salesforce. Each agent uses the vendor's documented API, writes only after the approvals you set, and is tested in a sandbox first.

ERP, accounting and spend systems

Accounts payable, matching, approvals, payment preparation and close tasks, around the ledger you already have.

CRM systems

Lead routing, enrichment, deal hygiene and the handoff from a closed deal to finance.

How every integration is set up

The same four steps apply to each system, so you can see where the risk is managed.

The finance workflows sit inside our finance operations work and the procure-to-pay and month-end close blueprints.

  1. 1

    Discovery

We map your custom fields, approval chain, coding rules and the edition or plan you run.

  2. 2

    Sandbox build

We build against a sandbox or test company and replay real samples of your invoices or records.

  3. 3

    Read-only in production

The agents connect with read access first, so we can compare their proposals with what your team does.

  4. 4

    Supervised writes

Writes start for a small set of vendors or segments, with every action logged, and widen as results hold.

Questions about our integrations

For the full AP picture, read our accounts payable automation guide or how to automate invoice processing with AI.

Which ERP and CRM systems do you integrate with?

This page covers the ERP, accounting, spend and CRM systems listed above, from NetSuite, QuickBooks Online and Xero to SAP, Oracle Fusion, Workday, Coupa, SAP Concur, HubSpot and Salesforce. If your system has a documented API, we can usually build against it. Tell us what you run and we will say honestly whether it is a fit.

Do the agents change our ERP or CRM data without approval?

Reading is the default. Each write has a gate we agree with you, such as an approver for new vendors, a payment authorizer for payment runs or a deal owner for stage changes. Production access starts read-only.

Do we need to replace our AP tool or our CRM workflows?

No. We build around what you run. Native approvals, workflows and flows keep the rules that are the same every time, and our agents take the steps that need reading and judgment.

Are you an official partner of these vendors?

We don't claim partner status or certification with any vendor on this site. We build on the interfaces each vendor publishes, and we link their documentation on every integration page.

How do you test before touching production?

We work in a sandbox or test environment, replay a sample of your real documents or records, and compare the results with what your team did by hand. Production starts read-only, then widens in steps.
