Three ways to work together
Pick per client. Many partners start with a referral and move to white-label once they have seen a project through.
Referral
You introduce a client who needs automation and step back. We scope, contract, build and run the system directly with them.
- We contract with and invoice the client
- You are kept informed on progress, with the client’s agreement
- A referral fee on projects that go ahead
Co-delivery
You lead the account and the business side of the project. We work alongside you as the engineering team, under both names.
- You own strategy, change management and the client relationship
- We design, build and operate the automation
- The split of tasks is written down for each project
- Contracting arranged per project
White-label
Your brand on everything the client sees. We work behind you as your delivery and operations team.
- Your brand on the operator console, emails and voice agents
- You set the client price; we invoice you
- We join client calls as part of your team when useful
- We monitor the systems and handle incidents behind your support line
How a white-label project runs
- 1
Qualify the opportunity
You bring a client conversation. We review the workflow with you and tell you plainly whether it is a good fit for automation before anything is promised to the client.
- 2
Scope and quote
We map the workflow, with or without the client on the call, and give you a fixed price for the build and a monthly price for operations. You add your margin and present it as your proposal.
- 3
Build and launch
We build the system, test it on the client’s own cases and launch in stages; most first workflows are in production within six to ten weeks. You join the review calls and decide how much the client sees of us.
- 4
Run it every month
We monitor quality, fix issues and make agreed improvements. Each month you get an operations report under your brand to share with the client, and a list of extensions worth proposing.
Who does what
Written into every partner agreement, so your client always gets a clear answer.

Partner questions
How do pricing and margins work?
We quote you a fixed price for each build and a monthly price for operations, at partner rates. You decide what the client pays and invoice them yourself. Partner rates are set out in the partner agreement.
Who owns the client relationship?
You do. In white-label and co-delivery work we contact your clients only through you or with your agreement, and the partner agreement includes a non-solicitation clause covering the clients you bring.
Who owns the systems we sell?
The client’s data stays the client’s. Ownership of client-specific work, licensing of our underlying components, and hosting are agreed for each project in writing. If a client needs the system deployed in their own cloud account, we can do that.
Who supports the client after launch?
You handle first-line questions in your usual channels. We handle anything technical, monitor the systems, respond to incidents and send you a summary you can pass on. Response times are set out in the partner agreement.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Most partnerships start with a single client project so both sides can see how the work runs. Any volume commitments are discussed openly before the partner agreement is signed.
What kinds of clients are a good fit?
Businesses with a repetitive, high-volume workflow that crosses several tools, such as inbound calls, document intake, invoices, support tickets or lead follow-up, and a person on their side who owns that workflow. Clients who want AI without a specific process in mind are usually better served by a workflow audit first.
