New: a sample workflow audit report

Compare AI automation options

Four decision pages for the choices buyers ask us about most: who should build it, which voice platform, which automation tool, and whether an off-the-shelf assistant is enough. Each page gives a verdict first, then a table, then the cases where the other option wins.

How we write these

Comparisons from a vendor are usually a sales page. These are written to be useful if you buy from someone else.

  • Every vendor fact has a source

Prices, plan limits and compliance claims come from the vendor's own pages. We link each one and date it as of October 2026. If we could not confirm something, we left it out.

  • We say when the other option wins

We are an AI automation agency, so each page lists the cases where SaaS, an in-house team or an off-the-shelf assistant is the better call. We do not put ourselves first in our own tables.

  • Cost is described by drivers

Where a vendor publishes a price, we quote it with a date. Where it does not, or where the cost depends on your volume, we name what moves the number instead of guessing one.

Not sure which option fits?

A 30-minute call with an engineer. Tell us the workflow, and we will say whether to buy a product, hire, or build, even when the answer is not us.
