What is Hyperautomation?

Hyperautomation is a strategy label for combining several technologies, such as RPA, process mining, AI and low-code tools, to automate as many business processes as possible.

Automation

In more detail

It is a strategy label more than a product. The idea is to find processes (often with process mining), pick the right tool for each step and connect everything under one governance model. The label helps when it pushes teams to look across a whole process rather than automating isolated tasks. It causes trouble when it implies everything should be automated. Plenty of work is too rare, too variable or too sensitive. We use the term sparingly and ask a plainer question: which handful of workflows cost the most hours, and which tools fit them?

Example

A shared-services center maps its top 20 processes, uses process mining to find rework loops, then applies RPA to one, IDP to another and an AI agent to a third. Each gets its own owner and metrics.

A 30-minute call with an engineer. You will leave knowing what a system could do for that workflow and what it would take to build.

What happens next

  1. 1

    Strategy call

We learn how the workflow runs today and what a good outcome would be.

  2. 2

    Workflow audit

We map the process and measure where a system would save the most time.

  3. 3

    Proposal

A written scope, timeline and fixed price for your first system. No obligation to build.
